Our Personal Review: 10 STARS!!!!

We are so impressed with these extensions! They are made very well and they were super easy to install.

We wanted to save the rubber hand grips (in case we didn't like the extensions), so instead of cutting them off, we simply used a hot towel around the rubber hand grips to get them to loosen up and expand which helped us twist them off with a little bit of effort.

We love these handle bar extensions! It was effortless to push the wheelchair with these extensions. We felt like we had more control over the wheelchair. It was easier to slow the wheelchair down on inclines and it was easier to push up inclines. I was told my daughter (who was in the wheelchair) that the ride was actually smoother and the riding experience was better for her.

We noticed that we did not have to bend our bodies forward while pushing the wheelchair with these new extensions. We also were able to walk behind the wheelchair with a normal stride (something that we couldn't do before).

In addition to the ease of pushing and walking that these extensions provided, we were surprised to discover that these handle extensions make it super easy to moved the wheelchair when it is folded and when rolling it over stairs (folded). No more bending over and picking up the wheelchair when trying to lift it over stairs!
